Kathy Postera

I am the Administrative Assistant and Event Coordinator for Shell Puget Sound Refinery at March’s Point, Anacortes.  I’ve been told it is the perfect position for me because it fills my need to organize and plan everything around me.  I previously worked for over 12 years in the banking industry as a Mortgage Lending Officer and Mortgage Underwriter for multiple Skagit Valley area banks and home loan centers.

My husband, Rick, and I have two teenage children and live in Anacortes, Washington, the most beautiful place on earth.   Because I am so blessed in life I believe in giving back, or paying it forward.  I volunteer with SWAN, Anacortes Safe Routes to School, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, United Way, Anacortes School District, and Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Clean-up, to name a few.

A Pacific Northwest native, with the exception of a handful of years supporting my husband while he served our country during his 26 years of active military service. I have spent the majority of my life in the Skagit County.  No matter where life has taken me I have always come back, Skagit County is the place I call home.
