SWAN Business and Professional Woman of the Year

This award is designed to recognize and honor a woman who has made an extraordinary contribution to women, business and Skagit County.
A Nominee Should Demonstrate:
Eligibility: She lives or works in Skagit County and actively contributes to our community.
Excellence: She demonstrates excellence in her work, including contributions to professional associations within her field.
Professionalism: She actively promotes professionalism of women in business, including contributions to the community, networking and serving as a mentor to other business people.
Contributions: She makes outstanding contributions to her community including service in charitable or non-profit groups and volunteer activities that enhance the quality of life in Skagit County.
Directions: The following form is split into three parts. First we ask for your personal contact information, followed by contact information of the person you are nominating. This year we are asking for a brief description of why you feel this woman should receive the honored titled of Woman of the Year. Please be specific in your description based on the above criteria. Your nominee will in turn receive an application packet to complete should they choose to accept their nomination. You may also upload an image or document (if you prefer to write your statement in a word editor).
